The only real option is to shoot yourself. Unless your gun control is such that you can get rid of Rosie and Sean with one shot.

I like Sean, so Rosie would be the lucky one to be put out her misery. Besides, I'm sure Sean would help me by holding her down...

I don't mind Sean, but his "Republicans are Great" gets old, so obviously they both have to go. First I would catch a fish, then I would pay Rosie to kill Sean with it. Obviously she's starving. Now that Sean is out of the way, shoot the dumb liberal. Now relax in the nice warm sand.
