At Least the Temperature Hasn't Been Dropping Much at Night

Alternate Title: Good Boardgaming Weather

Although this current cold snap is no where close to setting record low temperatures, there is no end in sight. The forecast calls for highs in the -30F. range until next Wednesday. It's always 10-15 degrees colder at Coldfoot Manor.

Comments:
That's damn cold! We had really cold week last week, it got around -22 F here in southern Finland and below -40 F in the north. And we've got the Gulf stream warming us up...

And here on the other side of the planet our forecast minimum for overnight tonight is 25 C (77 F) which is way down from the top of 41.4 C (106 F)

Good Grief! Why, that's cold enough to... to... sheesh, I can't even think of a way to describe it. I think the coldest weather I've ever been in was -20 F. It must take some getting used to. Brrrrr.

It was -52F this morning when I went out to start the car. The frozen seats, square tires and ice fog did not make for a pleasant drive into town.

I like the rainbow on your gauge. It makes me think of warmth, spring/summer. Then I look at all the snow piled on top of it.
